Human Resources Manager (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for a Human Resources Manager (M/F) Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager capable of ensuring a central role in the administrative and operational management of human resources. A true partner to teams and managers, he/she guarantees the proper management of the employee life cycle while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes. Your responsibilities ## • Manage all personnel administration, from employee onboarding to departure, including internal mobility and contractual changes. • Ensure coordination with various external partners: insurance companies, authorities, training organizations, and other HR service providers. • Ensure the compliance and optimization of HR processes, by actively participating in their organization, planning, and continuous improvement. • Support skill development activities, training, and cross-functional HR projects. • Prepare, control, and maintain all administrative and contractual documentation. • Develop and monitor HR indicators and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. • Guarantee data confidentiality and compliance with procedures as well as legal obligations regarding human resources. Profile sought ## • Higher education or specialized certification in Human Resources. • Significant experience in a generalist HR function or HR administration, ideally acquired in an international or multicultural environment. • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. • Very good command of MS Office tools and HR information systems; knowledge of SAP HR is a major asset. • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a demanding environment. • Acute sense of confidentiality and high reliability in managing sensitive information. • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and ability to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors.
