The Restaurant du Gymnase Intercantonal de la Broye (GYB) in Payerne, managed by ZFV since August 2024, is open five days a week and has 230 seats at the RestoGYB self-service, 150 at the Cafète as well as 40 on the terrace. This educational establishment serves approximately 250 meals per day and is equipped with 7 people who ensure the smooth running of the service from 7:30 to 16:45. It offers 3 menu choices including one Fourchette Verte, a salad buffet as well as a wide selection of sandwiches, pastries, paninis and a variety of fresh and healthy snacks to take away or consume on site. A catering service for events is offered on request. Are you our new team member in French-speaking Switzerland, who will help us as a multi-skilled employee at 50%? Hourly wage, from Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 15:00.
