Qualification Operations / Project Engineer ##

Your area of responsibility: ##

• Implementation and support of qualification activities in investment projects.

Preparation and execution of qualification plans and reports

• Verification of evidence documents regarding their GMP compliance and adherence to acceptance criteria
• Creation, tracking and closure of pending tasks related to qualification
• Maintenance of inventory data for qualified installations
• Partnership collaboration with interfaces
• Presentation of qualification during inspections, answering questions from inspectors, management of the contact person matrix.
• Estimation and evaluation of the impacts of changes and deviations on the qualified status and critical aspects.
• Execution of (re)qualification measures resulting from changes and deviations
• Planning and implementation of periodic qualification reviews
• Validation of technical planning documents
• Taking responsibility for the inventory

The production installations include the following machines and equipment:

• Filling machines (liquids/solids), capsule fillers, tablet presses, granulators, labeling machines, inspection machines, assembly line for syringes & auto-injectors, equipment washers, autoclaves, etc.
• Infrastructure installations: cold rooms, cleanrooms, air conditioning-ventilation, compressed air, process air, WFI distribution, room monitoring, etc.

Your candidate profile: ##

• Completed training / studies in one of the following disciplines: automation, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automated pharmaceutical production qualification (Drug Product)
• Professional experience in a GMP regulated working environment
• Orderly, structured and precise way of working
• High social competence, team spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills, including in relations with stakeholders at all levels
• Openness and ability to involve yourself actively in a flat and agile organization.
• Practical experience in the implementation of GMP technical requirements from regulatory authorities (Swissmedic, FDA, EMA) in investment projects and operations engineering
• Orientation towards delivering results that make a valuable contribution to the company
• Ability to assimilate quickly as well as ability to break down complex subjects and communicate them in language adapted to clients or authorities
• Autonomous and independent processing of complex tasks as well as reliable implementation of agreed priorities
• Very good knowledge of German and English is required
