Your creative space

• You analyze and specify requirements with specialized departments, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into functionalities and stories
• Based on business requirements, you develop solution designs and evaluate variants according to feasibility, maintainability, scalability, security, operation, and integration
• You design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and automations - from configuration to technical adaptations
• You provide technical and functional leadership to internal and external developers and ensure that the implementation corresponds to the requirements, designs, and platform guidelines
• You evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies for their utility and propose suitable approaches for the continuous development of the platform
• In 2nd and 3rd level support, you analyze complex malfunctions and derive lasting improvements for the supported solutions

What you bring

• You possess deep practical experience in configuration and automation with ServiceNow
• You are well-versed in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD or Vulnerability Response
• You have experience in scripting and can independently perform technical adaptations in ServiceNow
• You are proficient in German and English and can communicate clearly with different target groups
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, combining a pragmatic approach with a sense of responsibility
• As a communicative team player, you convey technical content in a manner adapted to the audience and represent solutions to different stakeholders
