You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. You: support the implementation of a strong Customer Experience in the store and learn to implement visual as well as commercial presentations according to our standards. support the analysis of sales figures and budget targets and work together with the team on meaningful improvements. help with the planning of operational processes and personnel deployment. will be introduced to the topics of recruiting, onboarding, team leadership, and motivation and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures. track current fashion trends and learn how to use this knowledge meaningfully in daily store operations. bring the ability to express yourself clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (at least B2). have experience in fashion retail and know the requirements of a dynamic retail environment.
