HR Business Partner 80-100% (M/F)

Active in western Switzerland, we help our clients realize their projects by providing global, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning, or water treatment. A local actor, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of electrical installations, switchgear, and infrastructure, telecommunication, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as installation maintenance.

In this role, you are the HR support point for a diverse and demanding technical population. Your role: support managers, strengthen skills, manage sensitive situations, and guarantee a consistent application of HR policies across several sites. You are expected to be reliable, clear, and capable of deciding.

Missions:

• Talent development and performance: accompany managers in evaluation, development, and skill management. Advise and support professional evolution decisions (development plans, training, coaching, skill assessments, promotions, internal mobility, and talent management).
• Support for employees and apprentices: ensure the monitoring of the main stages of the employee journey (internal recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, departures, retirement, long-term absences, etc.). Advise managers in managing individual situations and contribute to maintaining a healthy and constructive social climate.
• HR partnership and advice to managers: act as a trusted partner by providing pragmatic recommendations on organizational, managerial, and human issues. Accompany decision-making and guarantee the consistent application of HR policies and processes.
• Salary policy and HR governance: guarantee internal equity and organizational consistency. Contribute to job evaluations, salary surveys, and remuneration processes. Participate in budgetary exercises, salary reviews, and organizational reflections.
• Field proximity: develop a regular presence with teams and managers across the entire assigned perimeter. Listen to field needs and ensure strong HR visibility across several sites.
• Collaboration and HR projects: work in close collaboration with the different HR teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Payroll, Training and Development, HR Projects) in order to guarantee a consistent employee experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
• HR steering and reporting: analyze HR indicators (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, performance, remuneration, etc.), identify trends, and formulate recommendations to support company objectives.

Profile:

• University degree, Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar function.
• Very good mastery of MS Office and ease with ERPs.
• Ability to take a position, manage pressure, and remain factual. Solid analysis, direct communication, sense of responsibility.
• Easy interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining direct and professional communication.
• French as a mother tongue.
• Driver's license and adapted mobility indispensable.
