Senior Process Manager "Change Management" and Change Manager

This is your contribution • Be responsible for holistic control and continuous optimization of the Change Management process • Take ownership for the Change Control process with end-to-end monitoring and control • Responsibility for the operational implementation of Change Management including ensuring the change process. Formal checking of all phases of a change to ensure correctness and completeness, taking into account the defined guidelines • Actively drive communication with all persons involved in changes. Ensure documentation of the lifecycle of a change. Manage escalation management within the framework of the change process.
