We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cook/Chef de partie to join our kitchen team.

You will participate in the preparation and making of various dishes, ensuring compliance with recipes, quality standards, and food hygiene and safety rules. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and the satisfaction of our clientele.

Responsibilities

As a Cook, your main missions will be:

• Prepare the daily dishes;
• Participate in the development of menus in collaboration with the Chef;
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
• Manage a service with full autonomy, for a capacity of 2 × 16 covers;
• Ensure preparation and sending during banquet services;
• Guarantee the quality, presentation and consistency of the dishes served.

Your profile

• Diploma in catering or hotel management (CFC, CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent);
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Mastery of current cooking techniques;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a service;
• Good adaptability and reactivity;
• Experience in pastry is an asset;
• Fluent French;
• Flexibility and availability: evening, weekend and public holiday work.
• Good knowledge and respect of HACCP standards.

Conditions of engagement:

A clean criminal record and extract from the office of prosecutions/attestation banque de France (cross-border worker).

Start date: end of October- beginning of November 2026
