What you move

• You prepare Asian dishes in the open kitchen
• You have good knowledge in the preparation of sushi variations
• You take care of the mise en place
• You are responsible for the goods receipt and warehouse management
• You comply with hygiene regulations
• You support the cleaning work in the kitchen

What defines you

• You have completed vocational training as a cook
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience, knowledge of Asian cuisine is an advantage
• Ideally, you have further training or good experience as a sushi chef
• You work independently and have a high level of commitment and reliability
• You remain calm in hectic situations
• You are a team player
• You have good German skills, English is an advantage
