HR / P&O Business Partner (m/f/d) As an HR / P&O Business Partner (m/f/d), you are a sparring partner for our managers and support them in leading their teams successfully, actively shaping changes and achieving our company goals together. In doing so, you combine business understanding with HR expertise and contribute to the sustainable further development of our employees, departments and processes. As a central contact person for your area of responsibility, you work closely with managers as well as our P&O specialist departments and make an important contribution to the successful implementation of our corporate strategy. Your Tasks Advising and supporting managers in your own area of responsibility regarding organizational, personnel and labor law issues along the entire employee lifecycle Accompanying change, transformation and integration processes Analysis of key figures as well as derivation and implementation of suitable measures Participation in local and regional projects as well as active co-design and further development of digital P&O processes and local P&O systems Close cooperation with the P&O People Services, Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders within Switzerland and in the DACH cluster Ensuring professional and efficient implementation of all relevant P&O processes Promoting a positive corporate culture and supporting managers in the further development of their teams Your Profile Commercial basic training and further training as an HR specialist or a completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, business administration or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience as an HR / P&O Business Partner (m/f/d) as well as proven experience in advising and accompanying managers of different hierarchical levels Sound knowledge of labor law and social security Experience working in a dynamic company with international matrix organizations Strong understanding of business contexts and the ability to pragmatically and purposefully connect P&O topics with the operational business High advisory competence, strong communication skills and a confident appearance Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of data-based decisions Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French or Italian are an advantage High affinity for digital tools as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot If you want to contribute your ideas and help shape your career in a future-oriented company, then you have come to the right place.
