Front Office & Reservation Agent (m/f/d/) Your daily work with us • You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure smooth operations at the reception • You receive, care for, and bid farewell to our hotel guests • You communicate and advise our guests in several languages via email, on the telephone, and personally at the reception • You take and process reservations • You carry out check-ins and check-outs • You manage the cash register and perform other administrative tasks • You support professional complaint management and various concierge tasks What you bring with you -You are an enthusiastic, warm host personality who works with heart and care and enjoys direct guest contact • You have professional experience at a hotel reception and, advantageously, a completed vocational apprenticeship in the hotel industry • You have good German, English, and French skills; further languages are an advantage • You are ready to take on shift and weekend work Experience with the PMS Protel is an advantage You are important to us!
