Bar Teamlead Club & Bar WHAT TO EXPECT • Operational management and coordination of bar operations in the club and bar business • Ensuring a smooth process during deployments and events • Leadership, support and motivation of the bar team during shifts • Responsibility for high service quality and a welcoming demeanor towards our customers • Organization and preparation of the bar including inventory control, reorders and adherence to operational processes • Ensuring hygiene, quality and safety standards • Responsibility for correct cash handling as well as daily and shift closures • Support in training new employees • Close collaboration with the operational and event management WHAT YOU BRING • Several years of experience in the bar sector; experience in the club or event sector is an advantage • Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on responsibility for a team • Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a pronounced service awareness • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented work • Stress tolerance, flexibility and a secure demeanor even in hectic situations • Willingness for evening, night and weekend shifts • Good communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility • Knowledge in the areas of inventory management, cash handling and hygiene
