Your role within our house:

• You welcome and advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele within our After-Sales Service (SAV).
• You ensure an exemplary image of Bucherer through the excellence of your work and service.
• You take charge of first-level watch maintenance activities.
• You perform simple adjustments on watches and the replacement of batteries, resizing of bracelets.
• You ensure the administrative follow-up of SAV files, in compliance with quality standards in terms of file completion and information in accordance with our procedures.
• You manage the logistics, shipments, follow-up, and reception of watches.
• You are in charge of the ordering and reception of supplies.
• You ensure an impeccable flow of information between colleagues and actively support them.

Your profile:

• You hold at minimum a Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training (AFP) as a watch operator or a Watchmaker (CFC).
• Ideally, you have several years of experience within an After-Sales Service (SAV).
• You stand out through your professional rigor and the sense of detail that makes the difference for our clientele.
• You have a keen sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
• French native speaker, you have an excellent command of English, German is an asset.
• You have ease with the management of IT systems.
• You possess a pronounced sense of responsibility, an excellent team spirit, and are flexible.
• Your appearance is neat and professional.
