Do you want to help shape cantonal jurisprudence and enjoy editorial work on decisions? The 2. Strafkammer of the Obergericht handles appeals according to StPO (all legal areas) and complaints in enforcement cases. The criminal division consists of three Strafkammern and the Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen.

Your tasks

As a court clerk, you will participate in the clarification of legal issues and will have the opportunity to independently prepare draft judgments within the framework of written proceedings. You will assist in the preparation of hearings and the creation of the report, take minutes during the hearings, and subsequently edit the written judicial reasoning. You will answer written inquiries from parties as well as from authorities and provide advisory support to the secretariat.

Your profile

• completed university degree supplemented with an attorney qualification
• particular interest in criminal and procedural law
• German native language and good French skills
• editorial skill
• rapid comprehension
• independent, committed, goal-oriented and efficient way of working
