For the headquarters in Niederurnen, we are looking for an experienced, globally-oriented HR personality with a strong hands-on mentality, as HR Business Partner Operations (m/f/d) ## In this position, you have the opportunity to build and further develop strong and integrated HR support for the European operations and supply chain locations from the headquarters. You will actively help shape structures and processes, establish best practices and harmonize global HR standards with the aim of anchoring uniform, transparent and effective HR processes across all locations for all stakeholders. Your tasks ## • You report directly to the Global Director Human Resources and are the strategic and operational HR sparring partner of the Global Head of Operations and his leadership team • Consulting on leadership, organizational and change topics in the production and supply chain environment • Support in the development, harmonization and professionalization of global HR processes • Accompanying complex personnel and organizational situations with tact and integrity • Coaching and further development of the local HR teams at the international locations • Promoting knowledge transfer, best practice exchange and cultural integration • Active participation in group-wide projects on topics such as talent management, leadership development, digitalization and transformation Professional requirements ## • University degree in business administration, human resources, technology or a related field • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable management role in an industrial environment (production, supply chain, operations) • Alternatively: experience in a leadership function within operations or supply chain with strong HR affinity and leadership competence • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and international HR structures • Pronounced understanding of production and shift processes • Project management, change and communication competence • Digital affinity, English and German business fluent • Travel activity approx. 10% in Europe Personality and attitude ## • Strategically thinking, entrepreneurially acting personality with high implementation power • Hands-on mentality and pragmatism combined with conceptual strength • High social competence, empathy and intercultural sensitivity • Coaching, trustworthy and reliable leadership personality • Resilient, integer and solution-oriented with a natural standing at management level • Enjoyment of international cooperation and cultural diversity The offer ## This position is aimed at an experienced HR or operations personality who has the ambition to effectively connect people, processes and organizations.
