Data Analyst

Job Description ## As a data analyst, you are responsible for conducting studies and statistical analyses on HR themes, ensuring the realization of simulations and projections on personnel data. Responsibilities ## • Support the departments and the DGRH in implementing good data governance, particularly regarding processes, entry, control and quality, with support adapted to needs. • Identify, extract, process and consolidate data, assess its quality and perform statistical analyses, simulations, projections and benchmarks, then report the results and formulate courses of action. • Clarify business needs, assess feasibility and propose adapted solutions, notably by developing HR monitoring and steering tools, then support users in their appropriation through training. • Carry out mandates entrusted by the management of the DGRH and contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects, by proposing and testing new methods and solutions and by ensuring methodological monitoring to improve HR steering and management.   For further information, please consult the specifications here or contact Monsieur Bruno Bonafonte, Directeur prospective et organisations at 021 316 19 42. Qualifications ## • Master in data science or Master in social, political, economic sciences, with a component in data science/analysis or equivalent • Postgraduate degree in econometrics, demography, statistics or equivalent would be a plus • Proven experience in data processing and analysis • Proven experience in project management and change management support • Ability to analyze HR data and great writing skills • Mastery of concepts and tools (Python, Tableau, Cognos) related to statistics and data science • Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration and of PeopleSoft would be a plus WHO ARE WE? ## L'Administration Cantonale Vaudoise possesses a great wealth: its female and male employees.
