Respond to guest requests and handle their complaints with professionalism. Guarantee a guest experience in accordance with the establishment's quality standards. Reception Management Perform check-ins and check-outs. Ensure the transmission of important information to the day teams. Security and Surveillance Ensure the security of guests, staff, and buildings. Perform control rounds according to internal procedures. React effectively in case of emergency or incident. Verify the proper functioning of equipment and report any failure. Maintenance and Organization Maintain the reception area clean and welcoming. Prepare the common areas for the start of the day.
