Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Direct a small, cohesive HR team, competently present human resources issues to management, and ensure reliable human resources management • Effectively implement the Office's personnel policy and actively contribute to the development of the corporate culture and organization • Provide professional advice and support to managers throughout the entire HR life cycle and during change processes • Be responsible for personnel cost planning and personnel controlling • Direct projects and working groups or actively participate in cross-functional initiatives <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Tertiary-level education (university, UAS), completed by higher continuing education in human resources management (HRM); several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in the Federal Administration • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and practical experience in using SAP SuccessFactors constitute a preferential qualification • High consulting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support managers as a peer interlocutor • High psychophysical resilience, a systemic approach as well as orientation towards goals and results; interest in actively contributing to changes • A practical approach and the ability to tackle even operational tasks in a pragmatic manner • Excellent written and oral knowledge of two official languages and, possibly, passive knowledge of a third <br /> In summary You will actively contribute to shaping UFPER, developing its culture and organization. It develops the foundations and tools so that human resources management in departments and administrative units can be controlled and developed successfully. It defines the strategy and develops personnel regulations, manages human resources at the federal level, offers training and continuing education courses, and manages centralized human resources IT systems.
