YOUR MISSION ### • Welcoming, advising and accompanying our clients and agents, whether at the counter or by phone, is part of your daily routine • You have an eye for spotting business opportunities and passing them on to our advisors with ease • Ensuring an impeccable agency by applying the Management's instructions is a mission that you take seriously • You manage administrative tasks with precision, including computer entry • And to vary the pleasures, you can sometimes lend a hand in other Groupe Mutuel agencies • Consulting and supporting our customers in all insurance matters - by phone and directly at the counter • You process contract changes independently and efficiently • You arrange advisory appointments for our insurance and pension advisors by phone - with a sense of coordination and acquisition • You support the internal departments with administrative tasks, particularly with contract management • Flexibility is required: You are willing to fill in for other Groupe Mutuel agencies as a replacement if needed YOUR QUALITIES #### • Your positive attitude and ease in human contact make you the ideal person • You are autonomous and show initiative • You are flexible and have the ability to learn • The quality of your results is essential to you • If you are familiar with the insurance or customer consulting/sales field, it is a real asset for you • Additional knowledge of foreign languages would be the icing on the cake YOUR EDUCATION #### • You have a CFC in commerce or a degree in customer service • You hold the certificate of "intermédiaire d'assurance AFA", required to exercise this function TO JOIN US #### • Share your experience with us by sending your CV • Provide an extract from the criminal record (3 months) and an extract from the register of prosecutions (3 months)   Function: Conseiller/ère Clientèle Agence N01   YOUR COMPETENCIES #### • With a positive aura and confident demeanor, you convince customers and colleagues • Teamwork is a matter of course for you - and your good mood is contagious • You work in a targeted, quality-conscious and results-focused manner • You bring fluent German in word and writing, good Italian and English skills are a plus YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION #### • Experience in the insurance industry and/or sales and customer consulting is an advantage • Completed basic commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent education in customer service • You possess the "Versicherungsvermittler VBV" certificate HAVE WE PIQUED YOUR INTEREST? #### • Then send us your resume • A current criminal record extract (not older than 3 months) • A current debt enforcement register extract (not older than 3 months) Function: Kundenberater/-in Agenturen N01
