The Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available nationwide directly at Coop. Would you like to become part of our team? Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Production and processing of fillings as well as products from the warm kitchen • Collaboration in the daily production according to specified recipes and quality standards • Preparation of ingredients as well as execution of mise-en-place work • Packaging, preparing and controlling the manufactured products • Ensuring product quality as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) • General tidying, cleaning and maintenance work in the production area • Collaboration in the optimization of workflows and processes Requirements • You bring training or practical experience in the food industry, for example as a chef, food technologist, pastry chef, butcher or in a comparable function • Motivation, reliability and an independent way of working characterize you • You work carefully, with hygiene awareness and maintain an overview even in hectic situations • You like to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for your work area • You are physically resilient and enjoy working in a team • Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B1), so that you can understand work instructions and recipes as well as write simple notes and messages • Readiness for shifts according to shift planning and weekend shifts What we offer Your contact person Nadine Grob, HR Marketing
