Buffet Staff (m/f/d) 100% About us: The Gasthof Hecht «Stützli 50» in Winkel is a traditional gastronomy and hotel business in the Zürcher Unterland. With our restaurant parlor, the garden terrace, the tavern, the hall with apéro bar, as well as our hotel, we pamper our guests daily with Swiss cuisine and Italian hospitality. In addition to à la carte service, we regularly organize banquets, weddings, corporate events, and family celebrations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Buffet Staff (m/f/d) 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Independent management of the buffet during service • Preparation of coffee, tea, and other hot drinks • Pouring of beer, wine as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages • Preparation and provision of all beverages and orders for the service • Supporting the service team for a smooth process • Refilling and organizing the buffet as well as the beverage stores • Checking and reordering buffet items • Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations (HACCP) • Cleaning and maintenance of the buffet area and working equipment • Cooperation at banquets, apéros, and events Your profile: • Experience in gastronomy or at a buffet is an advantage • Training in the hospitality industry is welcome, but not a requirement • Independent, clean, and reliable way of working • Friendly and well-groomed appearance • Resilience and organizational talent • Teamwork skills and flexibility • Good German skills; other language skills are an advantage • Readiness for shifts on weekends and public holidays We offer: • A secure workplace in an established family business • A motivated and collegial team • Varied activity in a lively restaurant and hotel business • Modern employment conditions according to L-GAV • Fair and punctual remuneration • Thorough induction • Long-term perspectives and development opportunities Start of position: Immediately or by arrangement.
