Your tasks as Chef de Rang Professional advice and care for our guests Professional service of food and beverages Compliance with our high quality standards Preparation of the required Mise en Place as well as setting, clearing, and cleaning work in the restaurant area Support of your supervisors with daily tasks Recording of all transactions in the POS system as well as proper cash reconciliation Assistance in the preparation and execution of special events Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness standards according to HACCP guidelines What we expect from you Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy Initial PC knowledge; experience with the POS system Infrasys and the reservation system SevenRooms is an advantage Strong communication skills, as guests will approach you with both complaints and positive feedback Openness and teamwork skills Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a positive aura Flexibility and resilience; weekend and holiday shifts are part of this position Very good German and good English skills; further foreign language skills are an advantage Successful applicants must possess a valid work permit for Switzerland Our promise to you Learning & Development: Your success is our success.
