Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager

For our Group Human Resources department at the Marin (NE) site, we are looking for a: Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager. Your mission is to manage the project of migrating our current HR information system to Success Factor as part of the modernization of our Group HR information system. You will also support the VP HR on various topics and projects. Your responsibilities include: Success Factor Project (~70%): managing the migration project of SAP HCM to Success Factor within budget, deliverables, and deadlines. Coordinating different project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR). Ensuring the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitoring it. Maintaining the global organizational structure up to date. Providing support to local HR on global HR processes and system usage. Accompanying users in the change process. Support to the Vice President HR (~30%): identifying areas for optimizing HR processes, participating in various group projects, and creating reports and analyses on different Group HR topics. Your profile: higher education in human resources and project management. Proven experience as an HR manager and project manager. Excellent mastery of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM. Ease with numbers and very good mastery of Excel. Analytical and synthetic mind, autonomy, rigor, and precision. Good team spirit and stress resistance. Excellent mastery of French and English.
