Your tasks ## With passion, you are the host for patients, employees, and guests. • You maintain the excellent reputation of the hospitality and gastronomy of Spital Lachen and expand it in a targeted manner. • Together with your department heads, you lead your four departments: kitchen, restaurant, guest service, and cleaning, and create a motivating, attractive working environment for around 80 employees. • You ensure high-quality and innovative services that you and your employees are proud of. In doing so, you succeed every day in maintaining the balance between service quality, economic efficiency, and regulatory requirements. • You have the chance to successfully implement pioneering and innovative projects for the entire hospital, for example, Serve-on-Demand or the planned kitchen renovation. • You report directly to the COO and develop relevant decision-making bases. Your profile ## You are a professional and sympathetic hotelier. • You have a successful track record as a leader in a complex organization with budget responsibility. Thanks to sound knowledge of the relevant specialist areas, you act and communicate confidently on both an operational and strategic level. • Ideally, you are familiar with the hospital sector and the special requirements for services for patients. You value interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nursing staff, technical staff, as well as other stakeholders. • You are used to leading leaders, specifically promoting employees, and developing teams. • You bring sound knowledge in project and change management. Thanks to your digital affinity, you drive the digitalization of processes and use key figures specifically as management and control instruments. • With your high resilience and hands-on mentality, your winning appearance, and your very good manners, you are a role model for our service culture.
