ICT Supporter:in (a) 80-100% [Ref:2200]

Your tasks

• Receiving and processing IT support requests via telephone, email, and ticketing system
• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems in 1st-level support
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations and peripheral devices
• Supporting users with questions regarding Microsoft 365, Windows, and other IT applications
• Categorizing, prioritizing, and forwarding more complex support requests
• Documenting support cases and solution approaches in the ticketing system

Your profile

• Completed training as Informatiker:in EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support or service desk environments
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing systems as well as in the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication, team-oriented, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
