Head of Technology 80-100% (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are responsible for the technical availability, further development, and sustainable maintenance of our mechanical processing plants. Together with your team, you ensure that our plants are operated safely, economically, and reliably.

Your main tasks include

• Ensuring low-fault and economical operation of our mechanical processing plants
• Analysis of malfunctions, weaknesses, and bottlenecks as well as sustainable implementation of improvement measures
• Ensuring the required product qualities and process stability
• Technical and personnel leadership of the technology team
• Planning and coordination of internal and external resources for care, maintenance, and upkeep
• Promotion of a performance-oriented, safe, and solution-oriented team culture
• Sparring partner for operations and executive management

We expect from you

• Completed basic technical training (mechanics, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or comparable)
• Further training at HF, FH level or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, production, recycling, industry, or a comparable environment
• Experience in leading employees or project teams
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance and plant management
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital maintenance systems
• Driver's license Cat. B
