Specialist Consultant Customer Center (100%) To reinforce the Customer Center, we are looking for an independent and committed personality at the Schlieren location, immediately or by arrangement, as What awaits you • Telephone and written support and advice for our customers • Receipt and processing of orders via telephone, e-mail, and webshop • Organization of special tours and special deliveries • Processing of returns and complaints • Support with administrative and organizational tasks • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented service What you bring You have completed training, ideally in the commercial field, and have already been able to gain initial experience in customer service or a customer center. You enjoy working with people, are service-oriented, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
