YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading and managing employees
• Responsible for compliance with agreed specifications
• Conducting call analyses and coachings with employees
• Creation of information for customers
• Training and optimizing quality
• Completion of general office tasks
• Creation of sales documents / price lists / sales statistics

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a commercial education
• You have very good PC skills (Excel / Word), a flair for numbers and IT programs
• Your native language is German
• You master another national language
• You work independently, structured and exact
• You are a loyal and resilient personality who keeps an overview in hectic times
