Spitex Bern and Domicil have come together under the umbrella of the non-profit Concara Group. With over 2000 employees, we are committed to providing integrated comprehensive care, both inpatient and outpatient, and at home. At Concara Services AG, we provide various services for all business units of the Concara Group, implement support processes, and provide technical support. Your tasks: • Together with the HR-Services team (4 employees), you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2'200 employees. You independently carry out the monthly payment and accounting runs, including checks and mutations. • You are jointly responsible for the comprehensive processing of payroll-related topics and process social insurance cases. You advise employees and managers on questions related to payroll accounting and time management. You also actively contribute to system maintenance and the further development of payroll and time management processes. • We are planning to harmonize the payroll systems and terms of employment (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex.
