At Concara Services AG, we provide various services across all operating units of the Concara Gruppe, implement support processes, and provide specialist support.

Your tasks:

• Together with the HR-Services team (4 employees), you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2'200 employees. You independently carry out the monthly payment and posting runs, including control and mutations.
• You are co-responsible for the comprehensive processing of topics related to wages and handle social security cases. You advise employees and managers on questions regarding payroll accounting and time management. You also actively participate in system maintenance and the further development of payroll and time management processes.
• We are planning to harmonize the payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex. If you have (project) experience in this area, that is an additional advantage for you.

Your profile:

• You are an experienced HR/Payroll specialist and enjoy tasks in HR administration
• You impress with your high service orientation
• A reliable, exact, and independent way of working is a matter of course for you
• High teamwork skills and flexibility
• Abacus and RTM experience would be desirable
