Tasks
Responsibility for orders and stock
Ensuring hygiene and HACCP standards
Organization and supervision of the kitchen area
Leadership and coordination of the kitchen team
Quality controls and inventory support
Onboarding of new employees
Interface between kitchen, service, and logistics
Promotion of hygiene and process awareness in the team
Independent and reflective working
Expectations
Completed culinary training
2-3 years of professional experience as
Willingness to work shifts (7-day operation, 4:30 - 23:00)
High professional competence
Good manners and professional skill, clean and independent way of working
High hygiene and quality awareness
Experience in ordering systems and in employee leadership
Organizational talent
Assertiveness
Understanding of other cultures
