Operations & Monitoring Technician (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for an Operations & Monitoring Technician (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the monitoring, control, and continuity of IT systems within an Operations Center. Activity rate and hours: 100% position, organized in two shifts with a time range from 6 h 00 to 22 h 00, with a morning shift and an evening shift. Your mission Monitor and control the Compute, Storage, Network, and application components constituting the technical and application landscape of the IS, and then validate the proper running of backups. Detect, diagnose, and qualify software, hardware, and system malfunctions, assess their impact, and assign the appropriate severity level. Create and document incident tickets, transmit them to the relevant support teams, ensure their follow-up, and participate in the management of blocking incidents. Restore the functioning of IT services and infrastructure by executing the technical operations planned in the documented procedures. Update configuration elements in the CMDB, maintain information relating to scheduled tasks, support interventions in data centers, and keep operational procedures up to date. Your profile Minimum one year of professional experience in IT operations, supervision, and IT monitoring. Good knowledge of information systems, IT infrastructures, and Compute, Storage, Network, and application environments. Experience in monitoring, backup control, incident management, ticket follow-up, and the application of technical procedures. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and system malfunctions, while respecting priorities and severity levels.
