In the context of neurodiversity (autism / ADHD etc.). Area of operation in the Canton of Zürich.

Understanding of work at neuSprung
• At neuSprung, we work with freedom and trust.
• This freedom is aimed at people who can provide themselves with inner orientation and carry responsibility consciously.

• Self-leadership is not an additional competence. It is the foundation of our work.
If this understanding of work sustains you, read on.
Who we are - neuSprung
neuSprung is an organization that rethinks social work from the inside out, supported by a radical culture of trust, self-leadership, and professional clarity.
We emerged from the conviction that social work unfolds its full potential when people are empowered rather than controlled. Those who feel secure in themselves and have their own safe space can also hold this space for others. Not through more rules, but through inner clarity, responsibility, and trust.
We accompany families and individual people in challenging phases of life, with a special focus on neurodiversity (autism, ADHD etc.).
We consciously do not work according to rigid methods. Our work begins where relationship is more important than method and effectiveness is more important than control.
How we understand coaching in the context of SPF / SEB
• Coaching at neuSprung is a responsible task with professional depth.
• It is an inner attitude of self-leadership - not a fixed catalog of methods.
• We give responsibility and hold the space in which it is carried.
Impact Coaches are not external parties to us.
They are carriers of the culture.
Your concrete work
• You accompany families and individual persons in challenging life situations in the context of neurodiversity (especially autism spectrum, ADHD, ADD etc.) and possess practical experience in this area; you work independently and systemically in individual and family settings.
• We understand our professional and organizational framework conditions as supportive tools that give you orientation and strengthen you in your self-responsible and free work.
• You reflect on your work regularly and coordinate with the team as needed.
• Your task is not to solve problems or make decisions for others.
• Your task is to empower and enable development - to leave responsibility where it belongs, and to remain clear and present even under emotional pressure.
This role can be challenging if you:
• are strongly focused on delivering quick solutions instead of holding processes
• want to take responsibility for changes that lie within the families themselves
• derive security primarily from being needed
• want to avoid uncertainty or produce quick results
This role sustains you if you:
• repeatedly reflect honestly on your inner attitude
• take responsibility without wanting to control everything
• can endure emotional tension without resolving it prematurely
• perceive expectations without automatically fulfilling them
What this role demands
• independent work with families and individuals in complex and stressful situations
• inner stability, clarity, and grounded presence
• conscious handling of closeness, distance, and responsibility
• regular self-reflection and willingness for professional exchange
Framework conditions
• Permanent employment with a workload of 80-100 %
• Remuneration: according to cantonal specifications
• Appointments are generally well-plannable and can be bundled independently
• Travel and expense compensation
Internal appointments:
• 3 supervisions per year on-site in Winterthur
• approx. 2 team days per year on-site in Zürich
• Coffee & Connection meetings 4 times per year (voluntary) in Zürich
• monthly intervision online
• professional exchange in tandem as needed (online / on-site)
• internal further training (approx. 3 times annually)
Formal requirements
One of the following degrees is required:
• University degree in Social Work or university degree in clinical special education, in educational science, social or cultural anthropology, popular cultures, or psychology (with at least 60 credit points or as a first or large or medium minor)
• Diploma as a social pedagogue HF or university degree in social work
• Diploma as a childhood pedagogue HF
• Diploma in school special education (EDK-recognized)
• Completion of training that is no longer offered and is recognized by the office as equivalent to the above degrees
• a conceptually grounded degree recognized by the AJB as target-group-specific and equivalent (to those mentioned above)
• foreign training qualifications must be recognized as equivalent by the responsible federal or cantonal authority
Additionally required:
At least two years of professional experience after completion of training in a field of social work with children, youth, and families. Part-time activities will be counted accordingly.
The fulfillment of the formal criteria is a prerequisite, not the measure of suitability.
