What you do • You supervise a team, define individual and collective objectives, and support the professional development of your employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • You develop and manage relationships with key brokers in the West region, implementing growth strategies and monitoring key performance indicators • You coordinate flows between the Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service • You contribute to commercial planning, monitoring portfolio profitability, and promoting Zurich solutions to brokers • You actively participate in digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Zurich standards regarding compliance and data protection What you bring • Higher education in economics, management, insurance, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by a certification in the insurance field • Proven experience in broker management and team management, with demonstrated skills in coaching and performance steering • Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and CRM/digital tools • Excellent communication skills, an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a sense of initiative • Proficiency in French and good knowledge of German and/or English as an important asset Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Manuela Trezzini (+41 44 628 32 25) Additional information This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%.
