In order to support its development and strengthen its kitchen team, we are mandated to recruit its future Sous Chef (M/F) #### Job description ## As the right hand of the Chef de Cuisine, you actively participate in the daily management of a committed and passionate brigade. Present on the ground, you ensure the fluidity of operations in the kitchen as well as at the pass and guarantee, during each service, an irreproachable level of quality. You contribute to the development of menus, the creation of new culinary proposals as well as the enhancement of carefully selected products. A true technical reference, you supervise, train and support employees in their development while ensuring compliance with the establishment's standards. You also participate in cost monitoring, the optimization of raw materials, order management as well as the rigorous application of hygiene and food safety standards. Profile sought ## Holder of a CFC in cooking or an equivalent training, you benefit from confirmed experience acquired within high-end or gastronomic establishments. You have already held a responsible function within a structured brigade and have demonstrated your qualities as a local leader.
