We are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality as Office Manager Accident Benefits German-speaking Switzerland, starting immediately or by agreement.

In this central function, you will play a decisive role in providing our customers with first-class service, even in demanding situations. Together with your team, you will promote customer-oriented, efficient, and future-oriented service delivery. Furthermore, you will actively drive the further development of the office and make a significant contribution to the continuous optimization of our services as well as to the future-oriented development of Vaudoise. In doing so, you will identify potential for improvement, set impulses, and help shape changes sustainably.

These diverse tasks await you:

• Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the Accident Benefits German-speaking Switzerland office
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of three group leaders as well as around 30 employees
• Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-oriented benefits processing in the area of accident insurance
• Responsibility for goal achievement, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Active quality and complaint management as well as monitoring of relevant key figures
• Representation of the office towards internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects as well as active further development of processes, organization, and digitalization
• Support for the Person responsible for UVG Switzerland in the implementation of the divisional strategy

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function as well as the ability to successfully develop teams
• Several years of professional experience in the benefits area of accident, personal, or social insurance
• You possess a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• You convince through your strong leadership and communication skills as well as your decisiveness
• Analytical thinking skills, high customer orientation, and enjoyment of change and optimization processes
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
