Agent Customer Service For our subsidiary Stardrinks AG, we are looking for a committed, flexible, and linguistically proficient personality as a Customer Service Representative in German and French or Italian to strengthen our Customer Service Center in Luzern. In this lively and varied role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and are in daily telephone contact with them. Your tasks include the following focal points: Customer care and building trust for sustainable customer loyalty Telephone sales and consulting (Inbound and Outbound) for our existing customers Increasing the order value by recommending suitable additional products and options Maintenance of customer data to ensure current and reliable information Processing of complaints and forwarding of grievances to the responsible departments Administrative support for telephone sales and data maintenance What you bring with you: Completed vocational training as a solid foundation Experience in customer service and telephone sales - for a quick entry into the field of tasks Commitment, perseverance, and a good dose of humor to remain calm even in hectic situations Proficient use of MS Office Knowledge of SAP and MS Dynamics is an advantage German at native speaker level as well as good oral and written skills in French or Italian.
