Digital Channels Manager - Bank (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission In a constantly evolving banking environment, you take responsibility for digital channels and actively contribute to their development, performance, and transformation. At the interface between business, IT, and digital teams, you play a key role in the evolution of services offered to clients. Your responsibilities: - Define and carry the vision for digital channels (e-banking, mobile, customer journeys) - Drive the roadmap and prioritize evolutions in connection with business challenges - Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team - Ensure the performance and quality of digital platforms - Monitor and analyze key indicators (KPI) and drive improvement actions - Contribute to innovation and the evolution of digital services - Guarantee consistency between customer experience, technical constraints, and strategic objectives Your profile \- Proven experience in the management of digital channels in a banking environment - Experience in management and team leadership - Good understanding of challenges related to digital services (payments, e-banking, mobile) - Experience in digital product management or project management - Ability to work on both strategic and operational subjects - Leadership, sense of service, and excellent interpersonal skills Start date: - Immediately or to be agreed Who are we?
