Furthermore, you actively participate in the monthly payroll processing and, in cooperation with the team, ensure correct and timely processing of payroll runs in Abacus. At the same time, you take responsibility for the further development and digitalization of our HR processes. As part of our HR digitalization program, you lead or accompany sub-projects for the automation and optimization of administrative processes, work on the introduction of new HR systems, and support the continuous improvement of our processes. In doing so, you contribute your own ideas, analyze existing ways of working, and help to create modern, efficient, and future-oriented HR solutions for our organization.
