Experienced Restaurant Manager (M/F) – 100% Permanent Les remontées mécaniques de Télé Villars\-Gryon\-Diablerets SA and its catering company AltiRest SA, which now operates six establishments in the heart of the ski area, are looking for their future experienced Restaurant Manager (M/F) in a 100% permanent position. Created two years ago, AltiRest SA is experiencing sustained development and is pursuing its expansion within the ski area. By joining our team, you will take operational responsibility for an establishment and ensure its smooth running in close collaboration with the branch director, particularly for administrative, financial, strategic, and human resources aspects. Your mission: Service management: Ensure the smooth running of services, including during occasional events or private bookings Staff supervision: Supervise the existing team: schedule organization, station allocation, motivation, and performance monitoring Financial management: Management of purchases and stocks according to the budget provided Quality of customer experience: Guarantee irreproachable welcome, handle feedback, and ensure an optimal customer experience Hygiene and compliance: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of seasonal and permanent staff Operational coordination: Ensure liaison with management, suppliers, technical teams, and ski area partners Desired profile: Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in an alpine environment, resort, or high-traffic establishment. Good knowledge of the region and local cuisine is an asset. Excellent team management and communication skills Proficiency in the administrative management of an establishment. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with seasonal peaks of activity Hospitality/catering operating license is an asset Excellent command of French; English or German is an asset.
