In order to support its development and pursue its quest for excellence, it is looking for a Catering Chef - production (M/F) ## Job description ## Reporting to the Sous-chef exécutif, you are responsible for the organization and quality of gastronomic production by ensuring compliance with the house standards. You coordinate production teams, optimize working methods, and ensure rigorous planning according to event activity. As a true close manager, you support your collaborators in their development, participate in the recruitment and training of teams while promoting a positive working climate. You also ensure control of production costs, monitoring of food ratios, management of purchases and inventories, as well as compliance with HACCP standards and safety procedures. Profile sought ## Holder of a CFC as a cook or a training deemed equivalent, ideally completed by higher education in hotel management, you have solid experience of at least ten years in a high-end kitchen, including several years in a management function. Organized, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent capacity for anticipation, you master cost control, project management, as well as the supervision of large teams. Your creativity, your sense of organization, your natural leadership, and your interpersonal skills allow you to evolve successfully in a demanding environment where production volumes are substantial. Mastery of French as well as a B2 level of English are expected.
