To strengthen our client's team, an independent, structured and communicative personality is being sought as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you act as a central interface between the company's customers, internal departments and external partners. You are responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are precisely planned, coordinated and successfully implemented. Your main tasks include the support and further development of existing customer relationships, the planning, coordination and monitoring of customer projects, as well as the structured recording and prioritization of requirements. You translate customer needs into clear tasks and processes, coordinate the alignment between different teams and monitor compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and documentation standards. You use project management tools for tracking and planning, prepare project meetings and status reports, assist in the creation of offers and solution concepts and support the further development of internal processes. The company wishes for a person for this role who enjoys taking responsibility, handles customers professionally and feels confident in structured workflows. Desired qualifications include a background in business administration, project management or business informatics, a passion for coordinating processes as well as experience in key account management or customer project management. Furthermore, good knowledge in using project management tools and digital working tools is required, as well as strong organizational skills, self-responsibility and communication strength. You should have business fluent German skills, good English skills and ideally further language skills, as well as interest in working in an SME environment with short decision-making paths and versatile tasks.
