Global CRM Strategy and Governance Manager

You responsibilities

• Work with and across Datwyler’s divisions and functions globally to create, consense and continuously improve a Datwyler full customer journey CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, incorporating process, system and underlining data management
• Work with Datwyler IT to evaluate potential CRM platform improvement solutions
• Define, execute and maintain ongoing CRM global governance across Datwyler
• Define and provide ongoing CRM reporting
• Serve as a Datwyler CRM expert, keeping abreast of emerging CRM and Marketing Automation trends and best practices

Our requirements

• University or HES diploma in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation implementation and management iwith SAP and HubSpot expertise, ideally in a B2B environment
• Global and regional experience, particularly APAC and EU
• Client-side and consultancy-side CRM experience
• Certifications in key areas preferred: AI, agility, digital transformation, CRM platforms
• English fluency. German or Mandarin desirable as second language
• Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, open to change
