Professional or Senior IT Supporter: (a) 100% [Ref: 2781]
Your tasks
Analyzing and resolving simple incidents in remote support
Recording, classifying, prioritizing, assigning, and closing tickets
Escalating more complex issues to 2nd- or 3rd-level support
Implementing installation and configuration specifications
Managing users and permissions
Supporting the assurance of availability of hardware, software, and network
Maintaining and documenting knowledge in the Knowledge Base
Your profile
Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ
At least 3-4 years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
Confident handling of ticketing systems and practical experience in processing incidents and service requests
Willingness to work 7x24 shift operations, including weekend, holiday, night work, and on-call duty
Enjoyment of direct contact with users and a service-oriented way of working
Trustworthy personality with an impeccable criminal and debt enforcement register extract
German language skills at level C2 are required
Additionally, French and/or Italian language skills at least at level B2 (will be tested in the initial interview)
