Tasks:

• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
• Competent advice to customers on technical questions regarding concrete, building materials and applications in special foundation engineering
• Recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
• Accompanying and monitoring orders from order to delivery
• Coordination with sales, warehouse, logistics and other internal specialist departments
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data
• Professional processing of complaints and development of customer-oriented solutions
• Occasional support in the warehouse with picking as well as loading and unloading
• Carrying out occasional material transports with passenger cars and trailers

Requirement profile:

• Completed technical or commercial training with strong technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience in technical internal service, administration or customer service
• Good industry and product knowledge in the field of concrete, concrete technology, building materials or special foundation engineering
• Familiarity with technical products and workflows in the main construction industry
• Ability to understand technical customer inquiries and process them competently
• Stylistically proficient German in speaking and writing
• French language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Team player and reliable personality who is also ready to roll up their sleeves practically if needed
• Valid driving license category B
• Willingness for occasional material transports with passenger cars and trailers
