Architect

The employer is looking for a: Architect (reported profession) Requirements: • degree in Architecture (Bachelor and/or Master) • at least 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably gained in Switzerland • excellent command of Archicad • good knowledge of the Italian language • knowledge of the German language at least at level B1, with the ability to communicate independently in a professional environment • knowledge of SIA standards and CPN • ability to read, coordinate, and verify technical documentation • precision, reliability, and organizational skills • ability to work with a good degree of autonomy and, at the same time, to integrate effectively within a team • predisposition for dealing with clients, specialists, authorities, and companies • driving license cat.B • own car Preferential qualifications: • knowledge of Messerli software • knowledge of the Law on Public Procurement (LCPubb) and related procedures • experience in the preparation and management of specifications and public tenders • professional experience already gained in the Swiss context • knowledge and application of the BIM methodology Employment details: • workplace Minusio • employment 80–100% • start of employment to be agreed, permanent • salary to be agreed What we offer: • integration into a dynamic and structured studio, active in the Locarnese and throughout the Canton Ticino with assignments ranging from residential architecture to transformation and renovation interventions, up to public orders and works • possibility to concretely follow projects through their various phases, from design to realization, working in close contact with the Studio Management and dealing directly with clients, specialists, authorities, and companies • concrete prospect of professional growth and development within the Studio • depending on the skills, experience, and professional evolution of the person, the goal is to encourage a progressive assumption of autonomy and responsibility in the management of projects and orders, with the possibility of role evolution in the medium-long term
