This is what the work looks like: Support for employees with daily IT\-requests and technical problems Assistance with the setup, configuration and lifecycle\-management of laptops, tablets and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) Support in the onboarding and offboarding process incl. device provisioning and access management Collaboration in the administration of our device\-management and MDM environment (Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Apple Business Manager) Support in the administration of core tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira and other SaaS\-applications Support with network, infrastructure and office\-IT topics Maintenance and further development of the documentation of systems, configurations and IT\-processes Collaboration in the optimization of our internal IT\-environment, processes and documentation Requirements: Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a related field Initial practical experience in IT\-support, IT\-administration or IT\-operations (e.g., internships, working student positions or own projects) Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management Experience with Windows, macOS and mobile operating systems Interest in SaaS\-applications, device management and modern workplace technologies Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving Independent and proactive way of working in a small IT team Very good German and good English skills How we work – non-negotiable "Incredibly good" for families – deliver now: We recognize the needs of caregivers and solve them excellently.
