We are looking for a Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung (a) 60-80 % ## from 01.10.2026 or by agreement. These are your tasks ### • Consulting and accompanying families with their children and adolescents throughout the entire customized support process • Coordinating the cooperation of all parties involved according to the SORA für Familien business concept • Implementing the specialist concept of social space orientation • Self-organized and independent work • Handling administrative tasks • Implementing, co-designing, and conceptually further developing the role-based network organization This characterizes you ### • Completed training at the HF, FH level or equivalent qualification in social work, social pedagogy, or special education. • Further training in solution-oriented or systemic consulting or family support. • At least three years of practical experience working with families, children, and adolescents. • Enjoying challenges in a varied and dynamic workday and the ability to remain calm and humorous even in demanding situations. • Willingness to work irregular hours and reconcile with private commitments. • Identification with the organization's values, impeccable reputation, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
