Case Manager / Jobcoach (m/f/d) – Vocational Reintegration

Case Manager / Jobcoach (m/f/d) – Vocational Reintegration Your tasks: • Independent management and support of a case portfolio of insured persons within the framework of case management processes. • Focuses 80% Case Management 20% Job Coaching • Assessment of resources, resilience, and professional potential of the clients. • Development of individual reintegration and measure plans with clear, verifiable goals. • Active support of the internal Job Coaching department: preparation for application processes, support in job searching, as well as accompaniment during work trials, internships, and reintegration measures. • Building and maintaining a network of employers to access suitable workplaces. • Coordination and communication with insurers (e.g., IV offices, Suva, daily sickness benefit insurers), treating doctors, employers, and other involved agencies. • Documentation of the case progress as well as timely reporting to clients/commissioners. • Motivating and solution-oriented accompaniment of the clients throughout the entire case management process. Your profile: • Completed training and/or further education in the field of Case Management, Social Work, Vocational Counseling, Work Agogics, Coaching, or comparable qualification (e.g., Case Manager with federal diploma, dipl. Vocational Counselor, dipl. Social Worker). • Several years of professional experience in vocational reintegration, in Case Management, or in a comparable function in the insurance or social sector. • Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance (especially IV, UV/Suva, KTG) as well as the relevant processes for vocational reintegration. • Strong communicative skills as well as negotiation skills in dealing with different stakeholder groups. • High social competence, empathy, and at the same time a clear, goal- and resource-oriented way of working. • Independent, structured, and resilient personality with entrepreneurial thinking. • Very good German skills; other national or foreign languages are an advantage. • Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office, case management systems). • Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage (external appointments at employers).
