In the heart of the Bernese mountains, within the authentic Berghotel Zur Sau, Chef Nicolas Darnauguilhem is launching his new gastronomic restaurant: Esprit Mossettes. With solid experience in gastronomic catering and formerly awarded 17 GaultMillau points, 1 Michelin star, 1 Michelin Green star, and the title of GaultMillau Green Chef of the Year in his previous establishment, the Chef now wishes to create a new exceptional address, inspired by the spirit of great Swiss tables.
