Our pink bike is a cult classic, our shop at Winterthur station has long been a fixed point for the most delicious hot dogs, sandwiches, and cinnamon rolls – and with our catering, we are on the move throughout the region. We are looking for a motivated personality to lead Frau Hund as a whole: shop and catering, team and daily business – and who ensures with fun that our guests leave with a smile every day. Your tasks • You lead Frau Hund as a whole – responsible for the shop, catering, and festivals. • You keep the shop running – from ordering goods to the perfect hot dog and coffee • You plan, coordinate, and lead our caterings and actively participate yourself • You lead and schedule the catering pool and plan employee shifts including hour control • You actively work in the daily business yourself – in the shop as well as at caterings • You are the contact person for the team, pitch in, and ensure a great atmosphere • Introducing, training, and motivating employees • Monitoring operational processes as well as ensuring and promoting quality and hygiene standards • You bring in new ideas and develop Frau Hund further with us What you bring with you • Experience in gastronomy or retail, ideally in a leadership position • Barista experience is an advantage • Ability to motivate and effectively lead a team and a flexible employee pool • Hands-on mentality – you don't just lead, but actively pitch in yourself in the shop and at caterings • Passion for innovative food concepts and an eye for detail • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • You have a driver's license (Cat.
